The Life Line Canada Foundation
List of Canadian Crisis Centres. Calls and texts to 988 will be directed to a network of partners in communities across the country offering suicide prevention services such as counselling. The 988 service is federally funded and available in English and French.

Online portals to access patient medical records
BC residents may electronically access parts of your medical information from across the province including lab results, diagnostic imaging reports, medication history, select clinical documents, proof of vaccinations, organ donor status, and visit history from your physician/provider/hospital via the Health Gateway.
Vancouver Island Health - My Health
My Health provides patients who have received services at an Island Health location access to some of their personal health information.
Interior Health - My Health Portal
My Health Portal provides patients who have received services at an Interior Health location access to some of their personal health information.
Northern Health - Health Elife
Health Elife gives Northern Health patients secure online access to select hospital services and hospital digital health information.
Vancouver Coastal - My Care Compass
My Care Compass is available for patients to review their results from BC Children’s & Women’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre, BC Mental Health & Substance Use and BC Cancer. Of note, for sites that have gone live with CST Cerner, patient results will be available via Health Gateway.

If you need help paying your Fair PharmaCare deductible, consider signing up for monthly deductible payments. You may be able to get help with prescription costs right away.
